Grateful to find A & R German Motors for servicing my Mini Cooper Countryman. Recently moved to CA, and had a bad experience with a local recommended car repair shop, one that lack lacked the expertise in working on a Mini Cooper. Ralph and his team were efficient in diagnosing and explaining the issue with my car and completed the work as promised. This is now my go to shop for my Mini Cooper. Thank you Ralph!

My 2005 Mercedes was stuck in second gear and the turn signal lights on my side mirrors were not working. Every place I went for repairs said the transmission would probably need to be replaced. Major expense! Ralph determined what the problem was, texted an estimate which I approved, and did the repairs in one day. The car runs GREAT!! The costs were both very agreeable and even below what had been estimated. I highly recommend A & R German Motors and Ralph!!!!
